14. Skincare Price Match

If you find a skincare product we stock for less at one of the retailers listed below, we will match the price, subject to availability and the following Terms.

14.1 Eligible Retailers

We match prices from the UK websites and UK stores of:

• Space NK
• Lookfantastic
• Cult Beauty
• Harvey Nichols
• Selfridges
• Liberty
• Debenhams (items sold and dispatched by Debenhams only)
• Medik8
• Obagi
• SkinCeuticals
• CellDerma

A retailer is only eligible for a product it is an authorised stockist of. We may update this list from time to time.

14.2 Conditions

• The product must be identical: same brand, product name, size and formulation.
• The product must be in stock and available to buy online or in store in the UK at the time we check.
• We match the retailer's product price only. Delivery charges are not included in the price match, and the price must be available to any customer.
• Price match must be requested before purchase, by emailing contact@drnabiljetha.com or asking in clinic, with a link or screenshot showing the product and price. We will verify the price before confirming.
• The matched price is final. Membership and non-member skincare discounts cannot be applied on top of a matched price. Clinic credit may still be used towards payment.
• Price match is limited to two units of each product per order, subject to availability.

14.3 Exclusions

• Marketplaces and third-party sellers (including Amazon Marketplace, eBay and marketplace sellers on any listed retailer's website), and any seller who is not an authorised stockist of the brand.
• Prices that require a membership, loyalty account, subscription, app download, sign-up, clinic code or discount code.
• Multi-buy offers, bundles, gift-with-purchase offers and gift sets.
• Clearance, outlet, damaged-packaging or short-dated stock.
• Trade or professional prices.
• Prices that are clearly an error.

14.4 General

• The Clinic may decline a price match where the price or seller cannot be verified.
• Price matches are not available retrospectively on purchases already made.
• The Clinic may amend or withdraw the Price Match policy at any time. Any change will not affect a price match already confirmed.
• This does not affect your statutory rights.
