Welcome to the Dr Nabil Jetha Clinic ("Clinic"). These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the use of services provided by the Clinic, including consultations, aesthetic treatments, and related services. By booking an appointment, receiving a consultation, signing up for a membership, or undergoing treatment at the Clinic, you agree to abide by these Terms.
We recommend you read them carefully before booking an appointment. If you have any questions or concerns regarding these Terms, please contact us prior to booking or receiving treatment.
1. Consultations
Patient safety and wellbeing are our highest priority. All new patients are recommended to attend an initial consultation with a qualified practitioner before any treatment. During this appointment, we will assess suitability, discuss expected outcomes, outline risks, and provide aftercare information.
No treatment will be carried out without informed consent.
Consultation fees are non-refundable, but fully redeemable against treatments performed within 3 months.
2. Bookings & Cancellations
Appointments must be booked in advance via email or our online booking platform. Confirmation will be sent via your preferred communication method.
- Minimum 48 hours' notice is required to cancel or reschedule.
- Late cancellations or no-shows forfeit deposits or consultation fees.
- Persistent no-shows may result in future booking restrictions.
3. Deposits & Payments
All appointments require a deposit to secure the booking.
- Provisional appointments: 24 hours to pay deposit before the slot is released.
- Appointments within 48 hours: deposit required immediately.
All treatments must be paid in full on the day of treatment. We accept cash, major debit/credit cards, and bank transfers. Prices are subject to change, but quoted prices at booking will be honoured.
4. Treatment Packages
Courses of treatment must be paid upfront and are valid for 12 months. Unused sessions after this period will be forfeited. Refunds for unused sessions are considered case-by-case and may incur an administration fee of 30%.
5. Late Arrivals
Arriving more than 10 minutes late may result in cancellation of your consultation or treatment. We will try to accommodate you but cannot guarantee availability.
6. Medical Information & Liability
Accurate disclosure of your medical history, allergies, medications, and previous procedures is essential.
You must notify the clinic of any changes between treatments. Failure to provide accurate information may result in complications, for which the clinic is not liable.
7. Aftercare
All treatments come with specific aftercare instructions and we aim to assist as much as possible with any queries. However, it is your responsibility to follow the aftercare instructions given.
Failure to comply may result in adverse outcomes for which the Clinic cannot be held liable. Contact the Clinic if you are unsure about any instructions.
8. Refunds
We do not offer refunds for treatments provided in good faith where the patient is dissatisfied.
Pre-paid packages are eligible for refunds only under exceptional circumstances, as determined by the Clinic. Refunds incur a 30% administration fee.
9. Complaints & Feedback

All complaints are treated confidentially.
10. Children & Pets
No children under 18 or pets are allowed in the clinic.
11. Privacy & Confidentiality
We comply with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.
Your data is used solely for treatment and clinic communication purposes and is never shared without your consent, except where required by law. Records are stored securely.
12. Memberships
Our membership plans are designed to provide flexibility, loyalty rewards, and priority access to treatments. Memberships are subject to the following Terms:
12.1 Membership Tiers
- Silver: £75/month or £900/year
- Gold: £125/month or £1,500/year
- Platinum: £200/month or £2,400/year
- Black: £300/month or £3,600/year
Membership benefits include monthly credits, annual rewards (SkinCeuticals products or SkinPen treatments), discounts, priority booking, and early access to treatments/events. Details are outlined on the Clinic website and membership materials.
12.2 Monthly Credit
- Monthly credit (amount depends on tier) is added to your account.
- Credit accrues and is redeemable on any treatment or skincare product at the Clinic.
- Credit expires 12 months after the month it is issued.
- Credit is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and holds no cash value.
12.3 Annual Rewards
Gold, Platinum, and Black members may choose SkinCeuticals products or SkinPen treatments as rewards. Products must be collected and cannot be delivered unless otherwise specified. Annual rewards are subject to availability.
- Annual payers: rewards available immediately.

Monthly payers:
- Silver & Gold: after 12 months
- Platinum: every 6 months
- Black: every 4 months
- Unused rewards do not roll over.
- Rewards have no cash value and are non-transferable.
12.4 Membership Discounts
Skincare and/or treatment discounts are applied according to tier.
Discounts cannot be combined with other offers or promotions.
Discounts are not applicable to Klira Special subscriptions and are subject to stock and product availability.
12.5 Payment & Cancellation
- Monthly memberships: recurring direct debit payments. Cancel any time with 30 days' notice. On cancellation, no refunds will be issued for unused credit. Any remaining credit may be used until its expiry date but cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash.
- Annual memberships: are paid upfront and renew automatically each year via a recurring direct debit payment annually unless cancelled in accordance with the notice period. Non-refundable after the 14-day cooling-off period or if used within this time. "Use" includes the redemption of credit, rewards, discounts, or treatments. Members wishing to cancel an annual membership must notify the Clinic at least 30 days prior to the renewal date. Cancellations received after this time may result in the membership renewing for a further 12-month term. Renewal reminders may be sent as a courtesy but it remains the member's responsibility to cancel within the required notice period.
- Cancellation forfeits any unused rewards that have not yet unlocked.
12.6 Changes to Membership
- We may update pricing or benefits.
- 30 days' notice will be provided.
- Members may cancel before new terms take effect if they do not agree.
12.7 Cooling-Off Period
- Online or remote membership purchases are protected by a 14-day cooling-off period under UK law.
- Use of benefits during this period constitutes agreement to forfeit a full refund.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be resolved in accordance with UK consumer law.
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to all services, treatments, and membership plans offered by Nivaris Ltd trading as Dr Nabil Jetha Clinic ("the Clinic", "we", "us"). By booking a consultation, treatment, or purchasing a membership, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
