Membership FAQs
Your monthly credit is added to your account and can be used on any treatment or skincare product. Credit accrues each month and expires 12 months after it's issued. Credit is non-transferable and has no cash value.
Pay yearly: Rewards available immediately.
Pay monthly: Silver & Gold unlock after 12 months. Platinum unlocks every 6 months. Black unlocks every 4 months.
Unused rewards do not roll over.
Membership discounts cannot be combined with other promotions or offers. Discounts are subject to stock availability.
Gold, Platinum, and Black members can choose between a SkinCeuticals product (worth up to £175) or a SkinPen treatment (worth £300) as their annual reward.
